In the good old days in India, a doctor and a glazier were on constant call when a game of Wiff Waff was being played. The game was played after dinner and involved a couple of books and a golf ball. It was huge fun. Now we have paddles, a net, a somewhat lighter ball and Olav the Indytute table tennis coach. Olav hosts ping pong events all over London so if you want to stun them next holiday by the pool then Olav is the man for you. He promises to make you feel comfortable, challenged and empowered ALL AT THE SAME TIME, Oooooh.  This table tennis lesson is at the fantastic Bounce London.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

You will be learning the basics. How to serve, how to place and direct the ball, and how to chop and smash. In fact destroy your opponent (in a moderately friendly way). The lesson will end with a mini tournament against other class students.

HOW LONG IS THE CLASS?

2 hours - 1.5 hours playing and 30 minute tournament.

Bounce London, EC1. These lessons on the second Sunday of the month on Sunday afternoon.
